TTB: Board approves the divestment in Bengal Vietnam

According to the board resolution dated June 26, 2019, the Board of Directors of Tien Bo Joint Stock Company approved to transfer its stake in Bengal Vietnam Joint Stock Company, as follows:

-       Total shares of Bengal Vietnam JSC: 16,000,000 shares

-       Owning volume of Tien Bo JSC in Bengal Vietnam JSC before trading: 7,500,000 shares

-       Selling volume: 7,500,000 shares

-       Owning volume of Tien Bo JSC in Bengal Vietnam JSC after trading: 0 shares

-       Selling price: 12,000 dongs/share
