HBC: Notice of adjustment of foreign ownership limit

Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company has received an official document dated June 24, 2019 by the State Securities Commission regarding the foreign ownership limit. Accordingly, the foreign ownership limit of Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company was allowed to adjust from 37.5% to 49% because the Company finished the private placement.
