TTB: Board resolution on borrowing at BIDV

Tien Bo Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.221/2019 dated June 27, 2019 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved to borrow capital at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) in order to increase the working capital for business operations with the total credit limit of VND100 billion.
