SMC: Notice of stock issue for dividend payment

SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company (SMC) announces the stock issue for dividend payment as follows:

-       Stock: Stock of SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company

-       Stock type: common stock

-       Par value: 10,000 VND/share

-       Number of issued shares: 54,998,360 shares

-       Number of outstanding shares: 54,970,260 shares

-       Number of treasury shares: 28,100 shares

-       Estimated issue volume: 5,497,026 shares

-       Estimated issue value: 54,970,260,000 VND

-       Issue ratio: 10% on the outstanding shares  

-       Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit according to the 2018 audited consolidated financial statements.

-       Record date: July 15, 2019

-       The number of shares distributed to each shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional part (if any) will be cancelled.

-       For example, if shareholder A owns 126 shares at the record date, he will have the right to receive 126 *0.1 = 12.6 new shares. After rounded down, the number of shares shareholder A receives is 12 shares. The fractional part (0.6 shares) will be cancelled.
