According to the Board resolution dated June 29, 2019, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation approved to pay the remaining dividend for 2018 as follows:

-       Payment ratio: 4%/par value (VND400 per share)

-       Payment method: in cash

-       Financial resource: the cumulated profit after tax until 12/31/2018

-       Record date: July 16, 2019

-       Estimated payment date: July 24, 2019
