On June 30, 2019, the Board of Directors of Lilama 18 Joint Stock Company unanimously approved to pay cash dividend for 2018 as follows:

-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-       Payment method: in cash

-       Payment ratio: 10%/par value

-       Record date: July 17, 2019

-       Payment date: August 15, 2019 

-       Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Lilama 18 Joint Stock Company (9-19 Ho Tung Mau, Nguyen Thai Binh ward, district 1, Hochiminh city) as from August 15, 2019.
