Notice of Cancellation of Auction
The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of shares auction of State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) in Sa Giang Import – Export Corporation (SAGIMEXCO) as follows:
Until 16:00 on July 12, 2019 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 9 of Decision No. 153/QĐ-ĐTKDV dated June 21, 2019 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling of shares of State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) in Sa Giang Import – Export Corporation (SAGIMEXCO), this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
