Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce cancellation of auction of the selling shares in blocks of People’s Committee of Dak Nong Province in Dak Nong Road Manage and Maintenance Joint Stock Company as follows:

            Until 17:00 on June 26, 2019, the deadline of registration of the application for selection of potential investors to participate in the auction of the selling shares in blocks of People’s Committee of Dak Nong Province in Dak Nong Road Manage and Maintenance Joint Stock Company, there was no investor to submit the application. Therefore, according to the Article 15 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling shares in blocks of An People’s Committee of Dak Nong Province in Dak Nong Road Manage and Maintenance Joint Stock Company and Decision No.207/QĐ-SGDHCM dated June 17, 2019 by the Chief Executive Officer of Hochiminh Stock Exchange, this auction is not eligible to be held.
