Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of shares auction of Vietnam National Chemical Corporation in The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (SFJC) as follows:

     Until 16:00 on June 28, 2019 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No. 206/QĐ-SGDHCM dated June 17, 2019 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling of shares of Vietnam National Chemical Corporation in The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
