CRC: Withdrawal of capital from an associated company

Create Capital Viet Nam Joint Stock Company Limited announced a withdrawal of capital from an associated company as follows:

On July 18, 2019, the BOD of Create Capital Viet Nam Joint Stock Company Limited approved to withdraw its capital in Kontum Construction Materials Supply and Production Joint Stock Company (the contributed capital of 1,643,400 shares or 49.8% of charter capital of Kontum Construction Materials Supply and Production Joint Stock Company).
