MHC: Board resolution on stock issuance for dividend payment

On July 17, the Board of Directors of MHC Joint Stock Company approved the plan for issuing shares to pay dividend for 2018 as follows:

−        Expected issue volume: 3,764,377 shares

−        Exercise ratio: 10:1 (those who own 10 shares will receive 01 new share)

−        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.   

Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit.
