PDR: Board approves the plan for the 6th bond issuance

On July 17, 2019, the Board of Directors of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp approved the plan for the 6^th bond issuance of 2019 as follows:

-          Issuer: Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp

-          Bond type: non-convertible, secured bond, no warrants

-          Par value: VND100,000/bond

-          Issue volume: 2,250,000 bonds

-          Total issue value: VND225 billion

-          Bond term: 01 year from the issue date

-          Interest rate: 9.5%/year

-          Selling price: 100% par value. 

-          Interest payment period: once every three months

Issue time: in Quarter III.2019.
