VFG: Adjustment of information on stock issuance under ESOP

Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company announces the adjustment of Decision No.14 dated May 03, 2019 regarding the plan for issuing bonus shares to the Employees Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) as follows:

-       Exercise ratio: 2% (instead of 3%)

-       Time for restricted transfer: These shares will not be restricted transfer (instead of these shares will be restricted in 03 years).
