PMG: Result of a share issuance

The BODs of Thu Duc Electro Mechanical Joint Stock Company approved the result of a share issuance to the existing shareholders as follows:

1. Number of shares expected to be issued: 4,174,483 shares

Result:

1. Number of distributed shares: 4,174,247 shares
2. Number of distributed shareholders: 639 shareholders
3. Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
4. Total current shares (June 11, 2019):

-       Outstanding shares: 42,124,094 shares

-       Treasury shares: 0 share

-       Charter capital after issuance: VND421,240,940,000.
