SFI: Board approves the buyback of ESOP shares from an ex-employee

The Board of Directors of Sea & Air Freight International approved the repurchase of ESOP shares from an ex-employee Tran Cong Hai because he resigned before the contract term according to the regulations on ESOP:

-       Number of shares bought back: 25,000 shares

-       Financial resource: capital surplus

-       Average trading price: VND10,000/share
