-       Number of outstanding shares: 15,506,360 shares

-       Number of treasury shares: 49,260 shares

-       Estimated issue volume: 2,325,954 shares

-       Estimated issue value: 23,259,540,000 VND

-       Issue ratio: 15% (Those who own 100 shares will receive 15 new shares) 

-       Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit.

-       Record date: June 21, 2019

-       The number of shares distributed to each shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional part (if any) will be cancelled.
