On June 18, 2019, the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company approved the policy on seeking shareholders’ writing approval contents as follows:

-       Time of implementation: expected from June 18, 2019 to June 19, 2019.

-       Contents:

+ Approving the resignation of Mr. See Beow Tean as a member of the BOD as from April 29, 2019.

+ Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Ngoc Thong as a member of the BOD as from May 27, 2019.

+ Electing another members to the Board of Directors.
