SFC: SFC signs agreements with a related party

According to the Board resolution dated June 19, 2019, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company (SFC) approved the following issues:

1. The main terms of petroleum purchase agreement in 2019
2. SFC will sign a petroleum purchase agreement with S.T.S Petroleum and Logistics Service Joint Stock Company (parent company).
