TNA: BOD resolution No.30 _ 19 Jun 2019

The Board resolution dated June 19, 2019, Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation approved the following issues:

1. Approving to amend the company’s charter regarding new charter capital and to amend the company’s business license with the new charter capital.
2. Approving to register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for the new shares.
