VGC delays trading on HOSE

Viglacera Corporation has informed the change of listing of VGC from Hanoi Stock Exchange to Hochiminh Stock Exchange as follows:

           Pursuant to Decision No.03 dated January 02, 2019, the date of April 02, 2019 is the deadline to list VGC on HOSE. However, during the period, Viglacera Corporation has implemented the State-owned divestment from 53.97% down to 36% via auction at Hanoi Stock Exchange. The Company must have a reference average price of VGC in 30 consecutive trading sessions to define a beginning price and floor price for the auction. Therefore, VGC shares must be traded consecutively during the auction time. This led that Viglacera Corporation did not trade VGC shares on Hochiminh Stock Exchange by April 02, 2019.

           Viglacera Corporation will re-submit sufficient documents for listing on Hochiminh Stock Exchange in April 2019 and hope to complete procedures to change the listing from Hanoi Stock Exchange to Hochiminh Stock Exchange in May 2019.
