PLP: Board resolution on investment cooperation

Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated April 12, 2019 as follows:

1. Approving the report on management of the Board of Directors.
2. Approving the plan for contribute capital to invest in NEO Global Production and Investment Joint Stock Company. In particular, Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company contributed VND24,500,000,000 (35% of NEO Global Production and Investment Joint Stock Company) on April 12, 2019.
3. Appointing Mr. Le Thac Tuan as the representative for PLP’s contributed capital at Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company.
