LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated April 12, 2019 as follows:

1. Approving the company continues to build the southern pipeline as requested by the investor of Phu Ninh water plant project, Quang Nam province.
2. Approving the company completed the divestment at Licogi 16 M&C Joint Stock Company with total amount of VND12 billion.
