           Based on the regulation at Clause 2, Article 136 Enterprise Law 2014, Division of Business Registration gives opinion as follows:
           Approve the extension of holding time of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2019 of Long Bien Joint Stock Company according to the requirement of the Company but not exceeding 06 months from the finishing date of the fiscal year 2018 (require the Company to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2019 before 30 June 2019)
