IRC: Extension of holding time of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2019

           Division of Business Registration – Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai province received the Document No.92/HDQT-CSCN dated 25 Mar 2019 by L Industrial Rubber Co.,Ltd. on extending the holding time of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2019 of the Company
           Based on the regulation at Clause 2, Article 136 Enterprise Law 2014, Division of Business Registration gives opinion as follows:
           Approve the extension of holding time of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2019 of Industrial Rubber Co.,Ltd. according to the requirement of the Company but not exceeding 06 months from the finishing date of the fiscal year 2018.
