HTK: Extension of holding time of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2019

          Division of Business Registration – Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province received the Document No.48/CTCPDK-HCTH dated 02 Apr 2019 by Hai Duong Motor Vehicle Registration Center on extending the holding time of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2019 of the Company
           Based on the regulation of Enterprise Law 2014, Division of Business Registration gives opinion as follows:
           Approve the extension of holding time of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2019 of Hai Duong Motor Vehicle Registration but not exceeding 06 months from the finishing date of the fiscal year 2018 (require the Company to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2019 before 30 June 2019)
