On March 12, 2019, the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company approved to transfer of shares in Truong Thanh Phu Yen Joint Stock Company as follows:

-       Number of shares expected to be transferred: 1,200,000 shares

-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-       Expected transfer price: no less than VND12,000/share

-       Expected transfer period: March.2019.
