The Board resolution dated March 12, 2019, the Board of Directors of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

-   The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Ngo Thanh Son as representative of stake, Director and legal representative of Kyoto Medical Science Com. Ltd as from March 13, 2019.

-   The BOD approved the appointment of Mr. Bui Khang as representative of stake, Director and legal representative of Kyoto Medical Science Com. Ltd as from March 13, 2019
