The Board resolution dated March 04, 2019, Song Hong Garment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

-       Report on the audited financial statements in 2018;

-       Approving the business plan in 2019;

-       Approving the plan for the profit distribution in 2018 and 2019;

-       Approving the stock issuance under ESOP;

-       Approving the personnel change;

-       Approving the selection of auditing firm to audit financial statements in 2019;

-       Approving the plan to move the garment factory to My Tan Indusrtial Cluster, My Loc District, Nam Dinh;

-       Approving to amend its charter and Corporate Governance Regulation.
