The Board resolution dated March 05, 2019, Cat Lai Port Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. The Board of Directors approved the plan for the first 2018 dividend payment:

-       Record date: March 27, 2019

-       Exercise ratio: 20%/par value

-       Payment time: April 2019.

2. The Board of Directors approved the plan for the holding of Annual General Meeting 2019:

-       Record date: expected in March 27, 2019

-       Meeting time: expected in April 12, 2019

-       Meeting venue: 2 Le Phung Hieu Street, Cat Lai Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.

3. Approving the busines result in 2018:

-       Total revenue:      201,721 million dongs;

-       Total expenses:      93,857 million dongs;

-       Profit before tax:  107,864 million dongs.

4. Approving the business result in 2019:

-       Total revenue:     193,000 million dongs;

-       Total expenses:      87,000 million dongs;

-       Profit before tax:  106,000 million dongs.
