PLP: Board resolutions on bank borrowing

According to the Board Resolution dated March 01, 2019, the Board of Directors of Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company approved the plan for borrowing at Agribank – Thu Do Branch as follows:

-       Purpose: to increase the working capital for production.

-       Credit limit: VND80 billion

-       Time of loan: 12 months
