HMC: Board resolution on bank borrowing at VCB
On March 06, 2019, the Board of Directors of Vnsteel - Ho Chi Minh City Metal Corporation approved to extend the current credit limit up to 03 months based on the agreement of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (VCB) – Hochiminh Branch (if any) and continue borrow a new loan as follows:
- Borrowing amount: VND250 billion ;
- Purpose: to raise HMC’s working capital for business operations; issue L/C;
- Loan term: 12 months.
