TIE: Board resolution on signing with related companies

On March 05, 2019, the Board of Directors of Telecommunications Industry Electronics Joint Stock Company (TIE) approved the policy on signing commercial contracts between Telecommunications Industry Electronics Joint Stock Company (TIE) and Ben Nghe General Trading Service Joint Stock Company and Ben Nghe Production Trading Joint Stock Company, the companies related to TIE. The value of each contract will not be more than 35% of TIE’s total assets according to the latest audited financial statements.
