On March 06, 2019, the Board of Directors of FLC Group Joint Stock Company (FLC) approved the aircraft hiring guarantee for Tre Viet Aiways Co., Ltd (Bamboo Airways) and the signing of aircraft hiring agreements with ACG Aircraft Leasing Ireland Limited. Details are as follows:

-          The Lessee: Tre Viet Aiways Co., Ltd.

-          The Lessor: ACG Aircraft Leasing Ireland Limited

-          Hiring assets type:

+ A321 NEO aircraft              No.: 8260

+ A321 NEO aircraft              No: 8312

-          Volume: 02 aircrafts

-          Contract period: 132 months from the date of aircraft transfer.
