ITD: Extension of time for the purchase of treasury shares

On November 01, 2018, Innovative Technology Development Corporation announces the extension of time for the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

-       Number of treasury shares before trading:  72,188 shares

-       Number of shares registered to be bought: 27,500 shares

-    Expected trading period: from November 01, 2018 until the Vietnam Securities Depository finishes the rights transfer (instead of October 01, 2018 to October 31, 2018 according to the Dispatch No.04/2018/CBTT-MCPQ dated September 19, 2018).
