HSG: Information on purchasing the treasury shares

On November 01, 2018, the BOD Hoa Sen Group issued Decision No.776/QĐ/HĐQT/2018 regarding the buyback of shares from the employees to make its treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 134,300 shares

-   Number of shares registered to buy: 11,300 shares

-   Purchase price: VND10,000/share

-   Expected trading period: within 30 days after the approval by the State Securities Commission (SSC).

-   Trading method: to transfer via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
