CHP: BOD resolution on the credit contract with banks

The Board resolutionof Central Hydropower Joint Stock Company (CHP) approved the credit contract with banks; including:

1. Approving the credit contract between Central Hydropower Joint Stock Company and Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV)  - Phu Yen Branch with total value of VND450,000,000,000;
2. Approving the credit contract between Central Hydropower Joint Stock Company and Tien Phong Bank – Ben Thanh Branch with total value of VND400,000,000,000.
