-      Name of owner: SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company

-     Charter capital: VND50,000,000,000 (SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company contributed VND22,268,600,000 and the value of capital contributed by the land use right: VND27,731,400,000).
