FLC: BOD resolution on hiring airplane of Bamboo Airways

On September 27, 2018, the Board of Directors of FLC Group Joint Stock Company approved to allow Tre Viet Aiways Co., Ltd (Bamboo Airways) to hire and sign airplane contract with following contents:

-       The Lessee: Tre Viet Aiways Co., Ltd

-       The Lessor: Gy Aviation Lease 1813 Co., Limited, Gy Aviation Lease 1814 Co., Limited, Gy Aviation Lease 1815 Co., Limited.

-       Hiring assets: A320 airplane (unused)

-       Volume: 03 airplanes

-       Duration of the lease: 12 years from the date of signing the contract.
