AST: BOD approves to receive the transfer of stake in Jalux Taseco

On September 27, 2018, the Board of Directors of Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company approved to receive the transfer of stake in Jalux Taseco Duty Free Co., Ltd from Thang Long Air Services Joint Stock Company as follows:

-       Estimated transfer capital (based on par value): VND17,909,500,000, accounting for 49% charter capital of Jalux Taseco Duty Free Co., Ltd.

-       Total estimated transfer value (based on the purchase price): VND80,592,750,000

-       Time of implementation: Q4.2018.

-       To appoint Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai as the representative of stake of Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company in Jalux Taseco Duty Free Co., Ltd.
