-      Number of shares after additional listing: 414,023,353 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND4,140,233,530,000

-      Effective date of the listing license: October 24, 2018

-      Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
