GIL: Decision on the change of listing

On October 19, 2018, HOSE issued Decision No.416/QD-SGDHCM to allow Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company (securities code: GIL) to change the listing as follows:

-      Number of shares before additional listing: 13,924,588 shares

-      Additional volume: 5,151,237 shares

-      Total additional value (based on par value): VND51,512,370,000

-      Number of shares after additional listing: 19,075,825 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND190,758,250,000

-      Effective date of the listing license: October 23, 2018

-      Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the dividend payment.
