-      Total additional value (based on par value): VND336,950,940,000

-      Number of shares after additional listing: 2,456,748,366 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND24,567,483,660,000

-      Effective date of the listing license: October 22, 2018

-      Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
