TNA: BOD resolution on stock issuance plan for capital increase

On September 06, 2018, the BOD of Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation announces the plan the stock issuance as follows:

-       Stock name: Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation

-       Stock type: common share

-       Par value: 10,000 dongs

-       Number of shares issued: 12,592,167 shares

-       Number of outstanding shares: 12,247,213 shares

-       Number of treasury shares: 344,954 shares

-       Number of shares expected to be issued: 17,080,000 shares

-       Total value (based on par value): VND170,800,000,000

-       Issue ratio: 100:139 (shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 100 rights will be entitled to have 139 new shares.)

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-       Time of implementation: 2018

-       These new shares will not be restricted the transfer.

-       Purchase rights for additional stock issuance will not be allowed to transfer.
