On September 05, 2018, the BOD of Van Phat Hung Corporation announces the plan the stock issuance as follows:
1. Approving the stock issuance to raise its charter capital:
- Stock name: Van Phat Hung Corporation
- Stock type: common share
- Charter capital: VND756,587,220,000
- Number of outstanding shares: 75,658,722 shares
- Par value: 10,000 dongs
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 1,220,000 shares
- Charter capital after the issuance: VND768,787,220,000
- Time of implementation: Q3.2018
- Issue price: VND10,000/share
- Total value (based on par value): VND12,200,000,000
- These are will not be restricted the transfer.
2. Approving the stock issuance to pay dividend for existing shareholders:
- Expected charter capital after the first issuance period: VND768,787,220,000
- Expected outstanding shares volume after the first issuance period: 76,878,722 shares
- Number of shares expected to be issued (phase 2): 9,225,447 shares
- Total value (based on par value): VND92,254,470,000
- Issue method: to implement the purchase rights
