TEG: Change of the issuance ratio On September 05, 2018, the Board of Directors of Tecgroup Joint Stock Company approved to change the plan for stock issuance to raise its charter capital toVND100 billion from the private placement to the public offering with the following content:
- Stock name: Tecgroup Joint Stock Company
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: 10,000 dongs/share
- Expected issue volume: 10,000,000 shares
- Total value (based on par value): VND100,000,000,000
- Form of stock offering: public offering to strategic shareholders
- Exercise ratio: 1000:514 (instead of 1000:555) (shareholders are entitled to have 01 purchase right for every 01 share owned. The number of newly issued shares bought by each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional shares and the shares refused to buy (if any) will be decided by the Board of Directors.
- Expected issue price: 10,000 dongs/share
- These shares will not be restricted the transfer.
- Time of implementation: Q4.2018 or Q1.2019 HOSE
