SBV: Record date for colleting shareholders opinion

On September 10, 2018, the Board of Directors of Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company approved to collect shareholders’ opinion in writing with the following contents:

-       Record date: September 28, 2018

-       Time of implementation: expected October 2018

-       Content:

+ Approving the termination of operation of branch and the company continues to carry out the project of Siam Plastic Plant No.2 as from the date of termination of operation of branch.

+ Provision for welfare fund in 2018: less than 5% of profit after tax.
