FECON Mining Joint Stock Company announces Resolution No.0910/2018/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ dated September 10, 2018 as follows:

1. EGM approved to choose strategic investors: Phan Vu Investment Corporation
2. EGM approved Phan Vu Investment Corporation to transfer FCM shares leads to the ownership ratio exceeds 25% of number of outstanding voting shares:

-       Transferred volume: 20,910,000 FCM shares (51% of number of outstanding voting shares).
