HSL: HSL to receive transfer of stake

On September 07, 2018, the Board of Directors of Hong Ha Son La Processing Agricultural Product Joint Stock Company (HSL) approved to receive transfer of stake of VND6,000,000,000 from Mr. Pham Van Minh who is owner of Cuong Sinh Yen Chau Company Limited.

After the transfer completed, Hong Ha Son La Processing Agricultural Product Joint Stock Company will be the owner of Cuong Sinh Yen Chau Company Limited with total transfer value of VND6,000,000,000, equivalent to 100% charter capital. Accordingly, Cuong Sinh Yen Chau Company Limited will become a subsidiary of HSL.
