SZL: SZL signs agreements with related person

On August 24, 2018, the Board of Directors approved the signing of transaction agreements between Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company and Sonadezi Services Joint Stock Company which is related to Mr. Pham Anh Tuan and Mr. Dinh Ngoc Thuan.

-       Contract: to carry out sampling and testing to control wastewater quality of enterprises in Long Thanh Industrial Park.

-       Contract value: less than 35% total assets.
