GEX: KIP is no longer a subsidiary of GEX

On August 24, 2018, Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation completed the transfer of shares of K.I.P Viet Nam Joint Stock Company (KIP) which owned by GELEX. Accordingly, K.I.P Viet Nam Joint Stock Company is no longer a subsidiary of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation (GELEX).
